The last meeting and closing event of the WISE project was held in Romania (Brasov and Fagaras) between 24-26 April 2014. Our main result, a toolkit will soon be available on the project blog. The toolkit will present the intergenerational good practices we learnt about during the past 2 years, and will also include relevant background literature and useful links in the field.
