 What does it mean?
WISE - Working through Intergenerational Senior Empowerment What is it about? Older people - especially after retirement - are at risk of feeling redundant and useless, that could lead to the deterioration of their physical, psychological and mental health. We are looking for practices that help prevent this process by enabling seniors to play an active part in their community. We launch our research seminar titled "Equal opportunities", starting from the beginning of February, 2012, at the College for Advanced Studies in Social Theory.
